I
have heard the ramblings the halls of Xanga that in a month it will be
no longer unless big bucks are made and other changes made...so I am
looking for a new place to enter my thoughts.
My wonderment of the day has been just who packs and ships the banana's to Walmart perhaps a pack of wild monkeys...the poor banana's are usually bruised and battered before they ever make it to their place in the produce department.
In two and a half weeks I will be having my first three month full skin scan. In March I had a large Melanoma removed from my back...I am now Stage 2...This is not something I ever thought I would ever have to face, but there it is up-front and personal changing the way I think about life...
It is a strange thing that when a body faces cancer the way we think about life changes...family and friends become more important...

I'm with you, Sis. I'm not sure I can do without blogging although I'm not looking to have Xanga disappear since it has become so much a part of my life even with posting less. Still, if I can get this place down pat I guess it will work as a source to voice my thoughts.
ReplyDeleteKnow that I am keeping thoughts positive on your check-up. This has to be hard for you but I love the way you present your strength as you walk this path. Seems we both are dealing with cancer in our own way although yours is much more sensitive than mine. Keep your chin up, sugar. Warm ((((HUGS))))
I believe that even when things in life knock us down we have to get up and dust out butts off and head for the next up-coming day...Love you much Peggy Sue
